Late and Cancellation
Here at Skin Repair Studio, we understand that on occasion, life can get in the way of you making it to your appointment on time. Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate late clients. Our scheduling is tight and time based according to whichever service you have booked and there may be other clients scheduled for the next time slot. If you know you are going to be late, please call us ASAP, but also know that you may be asked to reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance by calling us. No call/no shows will incur a $50 service charge. A credit card is necessary in order to book an appointment. Also, as much as we would like to accommodate last minute/same day appointments, sometimes it's just not possible. Please try to book as soon as possible. We are by appointment only.
GIFT CARDS or E-gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE
For our younger clients
As we love our younger clients, we cannot perform services without parental consent. That means a parent needs to be in the room with any client under the age of 18, every time. Also, the parent must sign a consent form for that client.
Contraindications
Not everyone is a candidate for every skin treatment. Please be prepared to fill out an intake form on your first visit. This form will ask you questions such as if you are using any medications, or have had any procedures or health issues that may determine if we can proceed with the service. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to call us. All information we obtain is kept confidential. Your health and well being is very important to us.
Massage Treatments
For any medical conditions please obtain permission from your current doctor or health care provider to receive any massage therapy treatment, especially after an injury or surgery.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is only done after the first trimester. A release from your doctor to perform prenatal massage will be needed prior to your appointment.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
